Stay away! Shingles were not installed to the spec of the manufacturers. The trim installed did not meet at joints or align horizontally. The drip edge was dented and did not align. The lover vent installed was not nailed to the house. It fell out and smashed into the ground. Terrible subpar workmanship! Jim Leach took no responsibility for a bad job. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not hire!
