Team Enoch HVAC Install DFW

I have had them come to install new AC system on july 3rd, 2026. They came out and did the installation. 1 day after, the control board wasn't working. The temp in the house went up to 90F. I called them. They said they were going to bring portable AC while waiting for the parts. They did not come. I tried to call them multiple times and not able to reach the AC team once. The operator just ask me to leave a message and they will call back. But nothing. This is very unprofessional. I even paid extra for 10 years labor warranty. Ignoring customer service request is unbelievable to me. Naive me for believing 4.8 stars rating they have.

Cameron and Miles were very helpful and walked through all of my questions as I was investigating options to replace my 21 year old two stage Lennox systems. They were not high pressure and provided a range of competitively priced options from the initial engagement. Team Enoch sent 5 very conscientious and capable techs to replace the 3 systems in my home, arriving at 6 30 AM and working until completion around 12 hours later. The Trane variable speed systems installed are quiet and cooling well and the installation quality appears to be very good. I had not known of Team Enoch until I began my HVAC replacement journey but am glad I found them.

Multiple Teams showed up and completed the entire removal and installation of three HVAC systems in one day. They also cleaned all the ducts the same day. These were not simply installations with two attic horizontal units and one closet unit making most of the work in the attics. They were quick and very efficient. Team Enoch did make a few last minute adjustments to support additional request on the installation and our timeline constraints.

Broke 3 times in one year, they won't put in a unit that works. They keep fixing this "lemon" they oversold me on. Even when it worked, it ran constantly, costing me hundreds extra every month, and cannot even cool the house at the heat of the day. Now it is completely broken, I wait in a swelteringly hot house for them to hopefully fix it. "Soon" This review will stay until they do the right thing and put in a new unit that works.
