Professional service orientation and no issues

Went smooth as could be.

Multiple Teams showed up and completed the entire removal and installation of three HVAC systems in one day. They also cleaned all the ducts the same day. These were not simply installations with two attic horizontal units and one closet unit making most of the work in the attics. They were quick and very efficient. Team Enoch did make a few last minute adjustments to support additional request on the installation and our timeline constraints.

They stayed in contact the whole way through. Everything was easy on my end. New a/c was installed in one day. Pricing was competitive. They were upfront about everything. I couldn't be happier!

Broke 3 times in one year, they won't put in a unit that works. They keep fixing this "lemon" they oversold me on. Even when it worked, it ran constantly, costing me hundreds extra every month, and cannot even cool the house at the heat of the day. Now it is completely broken, I wait in a swelteringly hot house for them to hopefully fix it. "Soon" This review will stay until they do the right thing and put in a new unit that works.

"When our hot water heater died on us, leaving us with ice cold showers, we quickly called Team Enoch. They have done all sorts of work for us before from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC and roofing repairs and they continuously give great service! Our service tech Derek was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered any questions we had and did a great job installing the new hot water heater.
