Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
The Concrete walkway was not done correctly. The ground was not prepared properly; the ground was excavated, old pavers were not removed, and the concrete was not leveled to meet the sidewalk, leaving a 4-inch trip-and-fall hazard at the entry to the sidewalk. When I spoke to Carlos about it, his response was just to put some gravel down. Carlos's customer service attitude was that of a slick con artist, and he was never on time; also, he did not clean up the area of overpoured concrete. At no time did he present himself as an employee of Ennova Construction. To be paid, he gave me a card with the name Construservices, Carlos W.
