Great job after last minute rescheduling my appointment. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The first one ,was on time.Did not give me a estimate.Said he would later.The toilet was leaking ,I put in it was a emergency,and we had purchased the wax ring ,but he came in measured and said he would see us Monday,this was a Friday !When I told him I need my toilet fixed he said,my son has scout camp over this weekend! He came Sat morning early fixed toilet still no estimate.We had many handyman services to do.We needed fan light blades put back on after ceiling work.He did 5 fans!No estimate! I needed a patio set put together resin 5 piece,and a small bookcase put together.Repaired shed door .His work was 7 hours ,because he took another job and didn't come.Still no estimate ,but kept telling us "He is a licensed contractor" We asked for Handy man.I told him we wanted to know what we owed him ,before he did more work ,like paint the ceilings ! He wanted $80.00 for putting on toilet ring .We said absolutely no ,i could buy a new toilet for $89.00.He wanted $30.00each for putting fan blades back on 5 fans .$50.00 bookcase,$50.00 patio set.$50.00 for fixing shed door.we agreed to$60.00 0n the toilet.When he added the total ,he charged us $390.00 I wrote him a check for $390.00 ,when the amount we owed him is $360.00 so he over charged us $30.00.I didn't catch it .He called to give us a estimate to seal and paint our ceilings ,and it was $3,500.00 I told him NO WAY! We never heard from him again.His work was excellent ,but charged contractor fee's.Did not give written or verbal estimates.Cheated us out of $30.00,who gives us back our money? It is to bad because he was very likable and did good work,and was on time ,but called and didn't want to come because he had taken other jobs .He is a contractor,not a handyman.Is using Home advisor to get jobs ,but charges customers contractor fees.I did not get a receipt nor estimate.Enrique Melchor Owes me $30.00 .He added wrong in his head .If he had given a estimate ,he wouldn't have made this mistake.We were so nice to him,and treated him with respect.

Very pleased with service!

On time gave a very fair estimate and not only did he fix the leaks in the roof where other contractors I hired were unable to do. He also painted the ceiling making the room look brand new. We went through a hard rain since and not one leak appeared. He was thourough, fast and worked hard to get it done. Iam thankful for his skill and will use him again for other issues that need repair. I trust him and his work and highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you somuch Enrique!

He wasn't very friendly. His work wasn't very clean.

Enrique was prompt and showed up on time. The worlk was good but he did not ask questions about the installation when there was a decision to make. He balked a bit about correcting the mistake, but when I complained enough about the error, he ultimately did schedule another appointment and made it right.

Overpriced and quality not as I expected. For a large project, I thought i had paid for details.

Enrique and his team were great. He worked around an interesting project schedule, as we were still living in the house, and completed on budget and within the alloted schedule. Will definitely give him a call in the future.
