This was a deep cleaning job, after sheet rock work, dust everywhere. She reviewed the jog first. I went over everything in great detail; clean under furniture, vacuum cloth furniture etc. Everything I pointed out had a yes answer, (that concerned me). She asked if I wanted windows done, I said yes (mine fold inward). They said 6 hours 2 people, OK. (finished in 4-1/2 hrs. I had to repeatedly show them what they missed, if u saw it they cleaned, no deep cleaning. Piles of dust under beds and tables, sofa etc. I had to tell the to slow down with the vacuum cleaner. They were pushing it so fast no way anything was picked up. I had to redo the master bath and master bedroom myself. No windows were cleaned, but they said they did. I had to redo much of the house and will probably hire another crew to do it again. They also broke the kitchen faucet and didnt offer to pay for repair. They wanted to get in an get out. Dont hire them if u want quality work.
