"I am reluctant to respond because of sounding like excuses. I understand if someone takes the time to print a complaint it has to be addressed. I also understand we failed to meet her expectations. We have to try harder. #1 " Communication " Sandy works nights. Each day she met with my work foreman of 35 years and reviewed. Then she went to bed. Once I turn the project over to him he handles the details. I check the job frequently throughout the duration. #2 " Walk Through " I did one with the workmen. I can't honestly remember walking through with Sandy. #3 " Electrician " His first visit is to find out what he needs . not sure about the "hurry". I will address that with him. #4 " Time " At no time did I push. We may have had to make decisions in the middle of the project. These things come up in a remodel. They must be made quickly to keep the project moving. It is important to note this project was completed more than a year ago. This is the first I heard about any of this! I can't fix what I don't know? I recently returned to replace a trash pull-out front that my installer said looked like it was kicked. I did it after the warranty period at no charge and asked no questions. We also moved Sandy's washer and dryer at no additional charge. I'm still learning after 46 years in the business one cannot do enough!!!"

"It's unfortunate that this venue allows people to vent personality conflicts. I am a 46 year career professional. My mother taught me "If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything". That's just bad manners. I can say with a clear conscience that much of what Mr. H (consumer name withheld per their request ) said request)is simply not true. I want to thank Mr. H (consumer name withheld per their for making the point that we do return without questions even for people that have no respect or understanding of this true. There is always two sides to a story! Our goal is to complete all projects to the satisfaction of our customers. We are very fortunate to have many more satisfied customers than NOT. I provide a very complete yet easy to understand contract that protects my customer. Most people feel safe and confident in our working relationship. Incidentally, Mr. H (consumer name withheld per their request) hired my "incompetent" subcontractors right after we completed his project."
