Prompt. Took time to explain exactly what he would do and why, and to address any of my concerns. Price was slightly better than another much larger company, and customer service was a lot better.

I live in South Florida, so you can imagine just how hot it can get...in an RV...I had Previously had and scheduled 3 other contractors to fix the issue; but was left stranded without a returned call. The “Enter the Cool Zone Corp.” returned my call in less than 2 minutes and were at my house in less than 15 minutes (being at 6:30pm). The service was efficient and hassle-free.

I called two companies for a condenser repair estimate. The difference was that this company checked to see if my unit was under warranty, even though I was not the original owner. Carlos is amazing. I need to clean the coil for my ac. He called me 30secs after I sent the request and gave me a rough idea of what he will do. In that afternoon he came for a free estimation. The price is the best I've ever had. He did the work neat and clean, and even did more. He is the best professional! I'll hire him again for any of my ac problem!

Knowledgeable technician, excellent service, and good recommendations for improvement. We have three systems, and I think that I should have gotten some kind of discount for the service, but I understand that the technician just multiplied the fee of one unit service by three. If you have only one unit, I definitely recommend this firm.
