"Thank you, Patrick. We are happy you were satisfied with the timeliness, the product, the customer service! Have a wonderful week!"
"There is a lot going on in this review, but the general comment from Enterprise is we covered all of the cost and when (consumer name withheld per their request) settled with the insurance company he decided he wanted even more so that way he doesn't have to pay for the project at all. It's very distasteful. The BBB and other sources have agreed that we handled this the best way. The fact that these reviews are even allowed is tough to swallow considering this matter is heard by one side and review sites only report negatives. I want all homeowners to understand one thing- you can complete 100 jobs and obtain (2-3 positive reviews). People expect a quality job in which we deliver. However, someone like Richard tries to disparage our name by leaving a review everywhere in which his story is not accurate and he is simply trying to double dip. We feel giving in to this type of demand from a customer a consumer protection advocacy website is the only option for resolution." BBB feels your company has properly addressed the issues within the complaint. It also is possible that BBB feels the you have adequately addressed the issues within the dispute, but the consumer remains dissatisfied.""
"Thank you, Marie. We appreciate your business and your positive review."
"Sharon, it was a pleasure working with you and with your insurance. Thank you for the positive feedback. Thank you!"
"Thank you, Rob. It was a pleasure working with you!"
"Thank you, William! It was a pleasure working with you!"
"This comment was not adjusted by Home Advisor. The review was sent before the job started? Not sure how that happened. But, this job is done and completed and customer very happy. He was confused on the review and stated it hadn?t even started. He has tried to re-review to no avail. Not surprising with Home Advisor."
"Thank you for your business, Chuck! We are happy that you were satisfied!"
"Enterprise went above and beyond with (consumer name withheld per their request) This homeowner, while sending out our estimator, threatened to shoot our guys doing a material take off. Upon him apologizing, we completed the work anyway, going above our original scope at 0 cost. (consumer name withheld per their request) blamed us for a crack in a cities sidewalk. Instead of going back and forth, we resealed the driveway. Then upon payment request, he refused to pay unless we replace the entire pad. So we did that as well. Now, we receive a 3.0 out of 5. Sad."
"It was a pleasure working with you, Russell! Glad your house turned out great!"
"Deborah- We apologize for the scheduling conflict, but very happy the quality was what you were hoping for."
"Bob- We greatly appreciate your business and very happy that you were satisfied with your trim work."
"Loren, We greatly appreciate the business! We are very happy you were satisfied with your work."
