DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. THEY lie...check out a lot of the reviews. Months to almost complete a job. This is their scam. Floors fell apart literally months after almost complete install. Never return calls AND DO THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE who are very savvy on working the system!. DO NOT USE>

This experience has been horrible. I hired them to do a 410 square feet floor install. They did not finish the job. It took them 6 months to come back. They said they have a two-year warranty on their work--do not believe them. My floor is falling apart. Holes, chips, and cracks EVERYWHERE. I took them to small claims court--they brought a lawyer and the lawyer lied. We did not get a refund because we did not bring the proper proof of damage--pictures and texts were not enough. My floor initially cost $3500. Now, I have to have the floors redone, by someone else. John and Brett lie. They do not return calls and are 100% scammers. I spent weeks trying to get them to even return a call. They do not. If they do return a call they do not follow through. I can not express enough how terrible this company has been. Even now, I am still within my 2-year warranty and they will not answer my calls.

This company installed hardwood and carpet in my home last year. The workmanship was poor they were unreliable Brett the son never showed up or showed up hours later. I got less quality than I paid for. I have pictures for anyone who would like to see them and the kind of work these people do. I have molding still not attached I have molding that still has nail holes that were not filled in, I have rugs going up the stairs that the sides were not finished. They took the rug with them and would not give me the rug that I paid for. I will gladly show anyone these photos. They are not honest they are unreliable and the workmanship is extremely poor. Check out other sites and you will see the reviews that they got if you donâ t want to believe mine.

I am so happy I went with Enterprise for new carpet in my sons bedroom. Family owned and operated and absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be using them again when I do any flooring project in the future. And I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to do the same! Service is excellent. The crew Took a lot of time prepping and ensuring my carpet looked good. Just note: this is not a floors in a day type of company, takes a few weeks for product to be installed. If you want a quality job, I highly recommend!

Working with John for the estimate and then his son Brett and another employee William was great. Although they were late in their arrival, Brett and William did a great job with their teamwork and expertise in laying the flooring and go out of their way to make it right. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants concise and professional work done in their home. It looks gorgeous! I couldn t be more pleased!

"Unfortunately, we ran into an issue with the manufacturer that used to provide some of our flooring transitions which caused a delay. We have since replaced this supplier and added a backup provider just in case this should happen again. We regret when things like this occur and continue to refine our business."

I can NOT recommend this company. It is a one man company and if he is sick or unavailable, the job is put on hold. I have been waiting for him to complete the job that he started on 9/24/2019. I was told that it should take about 5 days. He is very pleasant and says he will finish the job but does NOT SHOW when he says. There is no consideration on his side of me waiting for him to show up, I am sitting at home not able to do errands. I did make a BIG mistake of paying him the full price because he had to pay his bills and payroll. My only recourse is now to either wait for him or get someone else to finish the job. If I get someone else to complete the work, I will have to contact a lawyer and go the small claims court to get some reimbursement.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with Enterprise. Jason and Brett exceeded my expectations in every way. Their sweat shirts say that flooring is their super power and they are nothing short of super heroes! They go out of their way to help in any way they can. I love my new laminate floor. They were courteous and professional. I wont ever use anyone else. I also love that this is a family owned business. John, Jason and Brett are the bees knees! You wont regret them doing your floor.

This is a very unreliable, shoddy company. They ordered the wrong product, dented my refrigerator, laid inferior product in a very common viewing area, neglected to show up on 6 days when they said they would work and took a two and a half day job and NEVER finished after almost 3 weeks. I am very disappointed!!! Go with another company. They asked twice for a key to my house to do the work while I was not home. Red Flag! I Use another company. I wish I did.

"Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any of these issues until reading them in this review which makes it impossible to rectify them beforehand. It is true the manufacturer sent the wrong product which was rectified, returned and rescheduled at obviously no cost to the customer. We have taken steps to eliminate this from happening again. The pre-finished hardwood that was installed was the same product throughout the entire job. We are not sure how one part of it appeared inferior nor was that ever mentioned until this review was written. The customer paid for the job in full so we are still unsure of what was not finished. Being fully insured we have worked in customer's homes often when they are not home and never encountered any issues. We have been given keys and door codes countless times. However, this customer chose to not allow us to work in their home without their presence which is certainly their prerogative and we adhered to their schedule. At the same time, it makes it difficult to schedule and complete a job when we can only enter when they are home. Therefore, it may take a little extra time to complete. We too are disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to correct any of these issues prior to seeing this review. We continue to strive for every customer to receive 5-star service and as you look at our other reviews you will see that this is simply not the way we do business and never will."
