Water leak was detected due to uncharacteristically high water bill. Plumber determined leak between mail shutoff valve to water meter. Received several estimates - Interstate was the most competitive - as advertised that’s all they do (water and sewer line repair or replacement). Once hired, professional, courteous, prompt, and skilled. Satisfied so far and would recommend!

Replacing a water line from the street to the house is a difficult and expensive project. Fortunately Interstate had a directional boring machine that drilled a hole from the street to under the utility room for the new water line. Interstate arranged for the permit and the inspection (those take time). Interstate was timely. They were neat considering the mud we had outside and the concrete floor inside that had to be removed (they hung plastic over the other stuff in the utility room when they broke up the concrete floor). Most of the workers spoke enough English to answer my questions and explain what was going on. We had anywhere from 3-8 workers on site at any one time. The water was off only that day, about 8am - 3:30 pm. I appreciate the efforts and service from Interstate.

Friendly, answered questions that I could understand, fast, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up! Would recommend them!

Interstate did an exceptional job on the trenchless replacement of my sewer main, especially with restoring the outdoor dig location to the original state. All companies I contacted needed to run a sewer camera before they could give an actual quote, but the price quote I got from Interstate was about $1000 less than ‘equivalent job’ examples cited by the other companies. Also, other companies were asking for a substantially larger sum for the camera inspection, all in the $150-200 more than Interstate. If you’re looking to do a trenchless sewer main replacement, I highly recommend Interstate.

Had a sewer clog at the main line connection. I was starring down the barrel of a $25k+ job since FFX County the home owner is responsible for repairs in the road which require milling and paving per VDOT standards (absurd regulation). When contacting Interstate and speaking with the project manager, I explained the situation and they provided a few alternatives to attempt before ripping out the street. I'd much rather chance digging my yard and installing a catch and attempt to snake, water jet, and descale the pipe then go right and spend $25k. The team showed up on time and performed the work. The outcome was looking bleak, but they were able late in the day to break through the obstruction by doing a combination of water jetting and descaling. The outcome was lucky, but I was completely satisfied with the work down, communication, and responsiveness of Interstate.

My main water line was leaking so I called a couple of companies to inquire. Interstateâ s estimate was thousands of dollars lower.. Work was completed within a week and took a bit longer than expected but that was ok with me. Customer service rep and the workers were extremely cordial, answered questions fully, efficient and reliable. Would highly recommend! I also use them to maintain my lawn irrigation system but didnâ t realize it until after I hired them as the name was slightly different....

Interstate sent two technicians to scope my sewer drain. They were competent and professional, and also marked the location of the line as it exits the house. The company sent me a video and analysis by email to share with my gc. The cost was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the work.
