They came out on short notice and did a great job putting walls up in our basement. They did a lot of good framing work and final taping and mudding looks great. Edgar kept us up to date about what was happing and what would happen next. Their price was very competitive. Our only problems - pretty minor - were that the taper did not return to finish the last room before the carpet installers arrived. All of our outlets and switches needed adjusting too since they were not flush with the finished walls. All in all however, very happy with our experience.

Edgar Garcia is a rip-off artist. He took $1,000.00 from me in advance for part of the project and never finished the job. He and his unqualified workers damaged my property which cost me over $600.00 to fix. He breached his contract and disappaeared after he got my money.

"Cyrus's comments are not accurate nor truthful. We were orginally contracted in 8-08 and he wanted work beyond what was in the contact. It was circular negotiation with Cyrus- with threats made to our company and our employees if we did not do all his "extras" for free.It is interesting that this project was in August and his comments are 10 weeks later. Please consider the other positive feedback"

I put in a request through ServiceMagic on Monday 8/4/08. Within 1 hour they gave me a call. They had a contractor come out to my house that day. They sent me an estimate that was well within reason by that evening. The contract told me he could do my project this week. He came when he said he would on Wednesday. Left it overnight to dry and then came first thing Thursday and finished up within an hour. It was done exactly as I requested, in a timely and professional manner and for a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for a better contracting experience.

Edgar and his crew did a beautiful job of the walls of our bedroom and the hall ceiling. There were some tricky corners and they came out beautiful. I would recommend them highly as they are easy to work with, let you know when they have a delay and are completely above board and professional.

Pricing was very competitive and there was a willingness to work-around issues that weren't considered part of the job. Such as removing lights and re-routing furnace ducting to make the dry walling job look better. This was one of the traits shown during the initial walk-through and quote that helped in the final selection of this company to do the project. My only downgrade was the final billing was the estimate with no documentation to annotate payment in full with a timestamp. Since this work was required to finish up the home inspection done by a potential buyer, not sure if an estimate with no proof that the work was done may trigger

Edgar was very professional, he was very specific about what steps he needs to take to repair the water leak on our garage ceiling, including which areas he would need to ask for additional help (e.g. plumber) and even arranged that a plumber is on call in case his repair revealed that one was needed. I appreciated that he followed up with an official bid over email, rather than just throwing a random number on the spot. He then scheduled us within 2 days working around our schedules and finished the job with efficiency and quality, and stuck to the bid precisely.

This is a follow-up to my previous rating.. We had a crack in the wall that kept returning, despite several attempts to fix. Each time the crack reappeared, Edgar was prompt in his response and made every effort to remedy the problem. After two attempts to fix the dry wall, he needed to replace the wall board and retexture the surface. The place is clean when he is done and the crack is gone..

Enterprising Walls was great to work with. They arrived when they said,did what they said they would do for the price quoted and cleaned up after themselves. When we wanted additional work done they were fair and honest in their pricing. We would use them again any time! Our new living room ceiling and walls will add far more to the selling price of our home then we were charged.
