They're knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. The only reason they got a 3 in value for money is we paid less than I thought I would, but for what we paid the mice should be more gone, not a maintenance plan of action because we're told we'll never be totally rid of them.

"It takes months and years for an home rodent infestation to grow and develope. Likewise there is no product or equipment that can rid a home of rodents in a matter of days. Safely and effectively it is weeks and somethimes months to achieve total control. Sorry for the miscommunication in that area and thanks for the great review!"
