Central A/C - Install
Environment Masters did an excellent job providing me with a new HVAC system. I originally called them for a tuneup. The technician showed me pictures of the repairs that would need to be done. I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!

Cooper was excellent! Friendly. Fixed the Problem.
I didn’t have to do what I thought I had to do and saved money.
Punctual.
Highly recommend! I thought his name was Ryan but anyway he was excellent. He arrived early. He was well mannered and polite. Explained the problem clearly and initiated a solution. Although the repair of $5000 was not what I was expecting when I woke up this morning, I believe him and I think he’s very honest and set in motion What’s needed to fix the problem in order to sell my house
