I had serious pet and odor issues on a relatively new carpet and when he completed the job, it was in â like newâ condition. Iâ m an apartment manager and use him exclusively.

My carpet had a stickiness that did not want to come out. Craig came back and re-did the entire area for no charge. He was on time both times and was very good about texting me updates to confirm our appointments. I chose him over his very nice competition because I have hard water, and his equipment softens the water. His equipment also works at a very high temperature, so the carpet dried more quickly that I expected it to. Between the two visits, he had gotten a new machine (which he told me had double the power of the original one). I felt very confident that Craig was going to keep at my problem carpet until it was perfectly clean, and he did!
