Enviro-Due Diligence, Inc., has been providing environmental services in Arizona since 1989, including: Environmental studies in air quality: mold inspections; pre - and post abatement mold and asbestos clearance testing; and, pre-purchase Inspections of residential and commercial properties. Fully insured and certified, 24 hour turnaround. Clients consist of private residential owners, developers, apartment and hotel management, major corporations and construction contractors, title companies, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, local and federal agencies, and legal entities. We appreciate the confidentiality of our clients, and routinely perform liaison duties to regulatory authorities and third parties on their behalf.
