Enviro was professional and easy to work with. They sent two technicians to clean the vents of my duplex. They were quick nd courteous to me and my tenants. I'd happily recommend them if you live in the North Bay.

Professional and easy to work with

I was quoted $140 by the person who made my appointment by phone. But when I paid the bill a $95.00 service charge was added for the person to come to my house. It is not like I can bring my A/C unit to them. When I pointed the extra charge out to the technician he told me he would let her know. Technician barely spent any time on my A/C unit.

Excellent. Fixed a 110 year old furnace and it now works perfectly. He answered all questions my only regret is that his company does not work more broadly. Notifications were complete and work done as scheduled. A great company and employee

The communication and follow up was very good. They kept me updated on any an appointment time change and showed up on time. They explained what the issue was and what they did to fix it.

Punctual, clean, hard working, and left with a new system up and running. Connecting some pieces in tight spaces were difficult, but they did it. New heat pump is great improvement to old system. Look forward to PG&E bill.. haha, is going to be much lower. Hire them and relax

The installers were very professional and dealt well with a very difficult furnace location. Alex was particularly knowledgeable in getting the rather complicated thermostat system up and running.

We were without heath for 1 1/2 days, in a cool period as karma would have it, and they did everything to expedite this call to an end. We would not think of calling anyone else. On their van, there is a logo: NOW HIRING, MY BOSS IS BETTER THAN YOURS ! That is the quality firm I would want to work for if I was not 78 yrs old.

Andrew and Cody, the team that installed our new furnace and A/C did a fabulous job on a somewhat difficult installation and the job is perfect and they cleaned up the place you never knew they were here 5 Stars all the way highly recommended

I called late in the day and they responded within 45 minutes. It was dark and cold as the furnace needed repairs. Alex was very efficient and pleasant to work with. I have used him twice now (different furnaces) and have them on my call first list.

I asked that the tech call from the job site (since I do not live in the area; this is a rental property). They did not call, nor did they notify me of the repairs done. Two days later, I had to call them; I asked that an invoice be sent so that I could then pay the bill. I have yet to receive the invoice; there were also 2 things not repaired correctly. I have yet to hear back from the Enviro folks even after again contacting them via phone message.

The owner answered the phone when I first called. She listened to my problem and understood what solution would be. Her technician that was sent was prompt and knowledgeable. He checked everything and determined how to fix it. They ordered the part and set a time for installation. Their price quote was less than others had quoted.

We got bids from three highly rated Home Advisor installers and chose Enviro because there price was the lowest, their financing was the best and the work could be done quickly. Our tenants are very pleased with the results. The second vendor has a good price but less competitive financing while the third vendor's price was almost double that of the other two despite not using "name brand" HVAC equipment.

I had an 8:00 start time, they called and said that they would be 30 minutes later than expected due to the lines for parts, etc. They were here within 20 minutes of estimated time. Very professional with work. They ran into some difficulty under the house putting in a condense drain, however they had a get it done attitude and do what it takes. Install was completed in one day. The company who checked the vent flow said they had exceeded the percentage allowed, and had done an excellent job.
