Very unprofessional, had me pay a project progress payment of 7k which I did in good faith. When he sent us the receipt it said the project was completed, even though they had hung the gutters improperly and were in the process of trying to fix it by putting holes in my roof, among many other mistakes that were made. As soon as I made the payment, the owner began to tell me he was doing me a favor, all the problems and mistakes they were making were my fault (blaming the customer) and refused to address my concerns. He told me he was going to quit because it was a hassle, and that I worried too much. I have never experienced such poor, unprofessional customer service. After trying to resolve the issues with him, he began to hang up on us and has not provided our warranties for some very expensive equipment we bought from him. He started the project on Feb 15 2023 and his workers showed up 5 or six times arriving with short or no notice. They arrived late in the day and left early. They smoked cigarettes and left cigarette butts everywhere. It is March 29th and I have no idea if the system will work since they did not test it prior to abandoning it. The owner and the employees are not on the same page, even though the owner has quit, his employee keeps saying he will finish the job, but stated he needed the owner to finish it. I wanted to write this review as a caution to anyone considering hiring these folks for a big project. I do not recommend this company.
