    My experience with EnviroSafe left me feeling quite frustrated. Initially, they had told me about a $75 fee for an assessment, which included figuring out the cause of the leak and providing an estimate for the repair. However, when the two gentlemen arrived, they simply took a quick look at the tub and the damaged ceiling beneath the leak and admitted, We are not exactly sure what's causing it." To make matters worse, they then dropped a bombshell - for a more thorough assessment to identify the source of the leak, it would cost an additional $280, and they charged by the hour. This meant a whopping $355 for a mere assessment. In my opinion, this was a significant overcharge. Dissatisfied, I decided to shop around in the area, and I am glad I did. I found another reputable company that took a more reasonable approach. They charged a $100 assessment fee and $120 an hour for any additional work. To my surprise, it only took them less than a hour to fix the issue, which meant the labor cost was a mere $70 This brought the total job cost to $166, plus tax, making it a $180 job in total. I was thoroughly impressed with the other company's efficiency and the fair pricing for their work. All in all, I felt the EnviroSafes approach was not only overpriced but also lacked the efficiency I expected. The second company, on the other hand, delivered outstanding service with a much more reasonable cost.

    This company is the best!!! They are very professional and know what they are doing !!! I would call them again. Every thing that had to be moved was returned before they left. Also they cleaned up and sweep where they had worked!!!!! All their workers were great. Very nice people ð ð ¼ð ð ¼ð ð ¼

    Unfortunately, I would not hire this company again. They were quick to call and come out for an estimate and were even quick to send someone out to do the job but unfortunately that is where the positives end. I needed a nut tightened on a valve and a pipe moved over 6 and up 12. The estimator knew exactly what was supposed to be done and we discussed it in exact detail. It was a very simple job that took 30 mins. Unfortunately, they did not move it 6in over, they cut corners and just moved it up 12 inches which means my stove will not go all the way back to the wall because it hits the pipe. It is not the end of the world and most would not even know it but I paid a top dollar of $390 for $20 in material and 30 mins of time for the job to be done the right way. The second part of the job I needed to be done was to have a water valve tightened. Unfortunately, the first guy they sent for the pipe was not a licensed plumber so they had to send a second guy to tighten the bolt. He walked in, with just a pair of plyers, tightened the nut... $160 additional. The two issues I had: 1. Cut corners on the first job and did not send out the right person. $390. 2. Charged $159 to tighten a bolt because they did not send a plumber out the first time. They made a few extra bucks on the job but lost a client. The right thing to do was send a plumber out the first time and spend an extra 10 mins to move the pipe the right way. It is so simple. Do the job you are paid to do. At the very least, do not charge for the second guy. Even the plumber that came out thought I was way over charged for the job and tried to get the second fee waived but was unsuccessful. Total cost: $550 Time to complete: 30 mins Result: unhappy ex-customer.

    Hello Scott, I am deeply sorry that you did not have a great experience with us. I appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify some things. While we always strive to do things correctly and make sure that the client is happy with the final result the first time, it appears that it wasn't done to your liking the first time. I do see that we made an attempt to go out there and fix it so you are satisfied with the overall workmanship of the issue but I see here that you canceled the appointment to go out there. That call was scheduled was for a manager to go out there and make sure it was correct for you. With the plumbing issue, we had an HVAC technician out there to do the gas piping which was a sold estimate. While we were onsite the leak was determined to be on the connection of the water main meter. If the HVAC technician attempted to fix that issue he could have made it worse and would not have been well equipped to fix it or even at all. We strive to make sure every customer is taken care of and are always happy with the work we produce. If you would like I can still schedule the manager to come out and adjust that gas line for you.
