Another company contacted me 1st but was a no call, no show. Air & Enviro Solutions Tech contacted me the same day & came the following to get the job done. They arrived promptly, tested, gave me more information to help & informed me when the results should be available. Extremely professional.

Lueanne explained in details what she was going to do and she did an excellent job. She also gave me information how to keep dust out my home and recommended an Air purifier, which I plan to get one. Last, I also received a discount.

I live in a condo, with common walls. The structure was built in the 1940's so there are plenty of places along those common walls where sounds and smells can seep through. A few months ago, because of a negligent neighbor and her 10-cats, a horrible odor was entering my space. Strong ammonia smell among others as a result of the uncleaned cat boxes. I looked a company to do air quality testing, testing the air for ammonia to document the situation. While the test sample was being evaluated by the lab, the fee I paid, included use of a professional air purifier, which was a life saver as it did clear away the smell. Access to this device and service was a lifesaver, for me, as the issue with the neighbor was being resolved. Moral of the story is that I needed a service done, was very happy with the customer service provided.

Worth it! Iâ d had a nasty moldy odor in several rooms of my home for several years. Iâ d had the windows replaced and the basement waterproofed, but the smell persisted so I called Air Envirosolutions. Their mold remediation team tested my home and found several areas of mold, they identified the specific types of mold, and they made recommendations for remediation. Over 3 days, they successfully cleaned the mold off surfaces, replaced any wood that could not be cleaned, and sanitized the entire house. They also made recommendations for ways to keep mold from forming again. Throughout this all, the company was very professional and reliable - they showed up when expected, returned calls and texts promptly, thoroughly explained the mold tests and procedures, and they were very respectful of my home and possessions while doing the remediation. I also appreciated that they never pressured me into agreeing to a procedure I didnâ t want. It has been 3 months since the mold remediation and my house shows no signs of mold odors. Iâ m very happy with their service!
