When Kevin came in, my carpet was a mess. Pet stains, coffee, juice, & just plain dirt. He pretreated the carpet & went to work. What a difference!!! The spots came out & my carpet now feels so soft under my bare feet. Thank you for a job well done.

Shanai was great. She works quickly and well; she moved most small furniture, and even a couple of larger pieces, to do as thorough a job as possible. She's smart and friendly ... And the carpets came out looking better than since we moved in!

My only issue is that I was told one price over the phone, then it was raised because the carpet needed to be vacuumed. It'll be better if she told me over the phone that the price may fluctuate depending on the condition of the carpet, which I think it's reasonable and understandable, and most other companies are very good at being up front about it. I would've vacuumed it myself if I know ahead of time that it'll be charged additionally, it's simple and quick. To me, it's the cost that can totally be avoided if I had known ahead of time. I can't help but wonder if this is a strategy to get business with lower quoting, then raise it on the spot.
