Be careful with the contract. They have a clause that you need to read. Otherwise they will continue service and charges after your initial service is complete. Put a number of services in writing and then be careful they do not keep sending someone and charging for services you do not need.

The work done was very good, the only issue I had was the fact that the crew didn't do the best job in cleaning up after the fact. We had 2 dehumidifiers in the basement that were completely covered by the run off of the water and sealant they used on the upper floor and basement area. The company did offer to send someone else out to try to clean it but we declined.

I paid 2x reg price for 24-48 hr results. Sample taken on wed, didn't get results until the next tues. each time I called about the results I was put on hold for 10-15 mins. Needed this test for a home purchase . Had to extend contract with sellers while waiting for late results. Everyone very upset w me. Found out that the test had not even been performed until the day I got the results! Tech Drilled a hole in the seller's ceiling. They were very upset about that. Test process and cust service so bad, don't know if I trust the results ...

I called them for help with a squirrel that was in my attic. The techs who came out were professional and I was happy with their work. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because there were some communication problems with the office. They missed my first appointment and didn't follow up like they said they would. But overall that was not a big deal.

I believe the initial consulation price is a little high, however, the service was fast and efficient. I put in a request for service and immediately recieved a response. The other two company's I contacted took almost a week to respond. Needless to say HomeAdvisor got my buisness!

Klye came to look at the job and was as helpful as he could be. The price was fair and Alan and Will were very nice and did a great job. I would use them again should I have a need for their sevices.

The technician (Joe) arrived on time was very professional and friendly putting me at ease about my bee situation. He took care of the problem in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend Enviro-Tech to friends and family.

Its been only 2 days& instead of seeing 1000 roaches I've only seen 10.

very happy with services provided although after comparison they were a little expensive.they came out on a sunday which was great but were about 2 hours late.all in all i was happy with how thorough they were in theyre investigation and theyre quality of work.

1. He arrived about 30 minutes late. 2. He has no flash light (the batteries were dead). 3. He did not bring in his ladder, so I gave him one. He did not carry it to the attic or basement or return it back to where I got it from. 4. I told him there was dropping in the attic, his assessment " the dropping in the attic are either bats or mice", I think I knew that??? 5. All about up-selling and replacing insulation in attic. 6. Could not find previous termite damage, although my home owners inspection found a couple of areas that were damaged. Too expensive $139 for nothing I did not already know. Just bad. I would not recommend this compan

Envirotech was very professional. Ron was very professional and nice and knowledegable about how to get rid of the bees that was in our attic. Thank you for doing a great job. Very impressed.

Work completed in a timely fashion. Billing problems. Ben decided that I required a lesson in sales tax. Extremely difficult to deal with. I do not know where Ben resides but he does not know the sales tax regulations in Ohio. I would never recommend this company. Still do not have a receipt and it has been over two weeks.

The technician was very efficient and thorough. He came when he said he would and the yellowjackets in my eaves left within a day.

Service man was very professional , and very educated in his job .Would recomend him for a promotion .
