SCAM! Brad from Albany office took a sample, cashed my check the next day (Nov. 4), and as of today ( Dec. 29) I have not received test results, and my NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS HAVE GONE UNANSWERED. I will follow up with the relevant authorities.

We have worked with Brad from Envirotech on several occasions. When moving into our new house we knew we needed to get the attic treated for mold. After some research we decided to go with Envirotech-Albany. Brad and his team are extremely professional, and knowledgeable. Brad took the time to not only go over in detail how they were going to treat the mold, but also went over information about mold itself. They have several videos that show how they will treat the mold, and also prevent future mold issues. We were extremely happy with the job that they did, and have used Brad for several other jobs since, including ant treatment, cleaning our air ducts, and a pest inspection. We value Brad's opinion, and honesty. Brad always gave us all of our options, and has even told us that no action was needed. We would highly recommend Brad and his team to anyone that needs any of his services.

I believe the initial consulation price is a little high, however, the service was fast and efficient. I put in a request for service and immediately recieved a response. The other two company's I contacted took almost a week to respond. Needless to say HomeAdvisor got my buisness!

Klye came to look at the job and was as helpful as he could be. The price was fair and Alan and Will were very nice and did a great job. I would use them again should I have a need for their sevices.

The technician (Joe) arrived on time was very professional and friendly putting me at ease about my bee situation. He took care of the problem in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend Enviro-Tech to friends and family.

Its been only 2 days& instead of seeing 1000 roaches I've only seen 10.

very happy with services provided although after comparison they were a little expensive.they came out on a sunday which was great but were about 2 hours late.all in all i was happy with how thorough they were in theyre investigation and theyre quality of work.

1. He arrived about 30 minutes late. 2. He has no flash light (the batteries were dead). 3. He did not bring in his ladder, so I gave him one. He did not carry it to the attic or basement or return it back to where I got it from. 4. I told him there was dropping in the attic, his assessment " the dropping in the attic are either bats or mice", I think I knew that??? 5. All about up-selling and replacing insulation in attic. 6. Could not find previous termite damage, although my home owners inspection found a couple of areas that were damaged. Too expensive $139 for nothing I did not already know. Just bad. I would not recommend this compan

Envirotech was very professional. Ron was very professional and nice and knowledegable about how to get rid of the bees that was in our attic. Thank you for doing a great job. Very impressed.

Work completed in a timely fashion. Billing problems. Ben decided that I required a lesson in sales tax. Extremely difficult to deal with. I do not know where Ben resides but he does not know the sales tax regulations in Ohio. I would never recommend this company. Still do not have a receipt and it has been over two weeks.

The technician was very efficient and thorough. He came when he said he would and the yellowjackets in my eaves left within a day.

Service man was very professional , and very educated in his job .Would recomend him for a promotion .

The technician was absolutely fantastic at his job, and personally offered to stay with my 88 year old mother during a tornado when his own home was at risk. Unbelievable that there are still people out there like this. The job took care of the problem completely! The call was handled extremely quickly, efficiently and taken care of same day. This was after my mom was stung 4 times by yellow jackets and had severe reactions.

Klye was very professional. He called back to see how it was. He had to come back and go on a ladder callled a head of time to let me he was comming.

The technician was able to come out the same day of the request. The work on all but one of the bees nests was completed that visit. The remaining one is under the coping of the pool/
