I received a �complete satisfaction� guarantee in writing, from the owner Mike Stevener, which was not honored. He did subpar work to begin with, just spraying a chemical on the carpets and couches and then buffing it out, or just wiping it with a rag in the case of the couches. Everything was in the exact same condition as before he came. Same spots, same odors. Except now everything was stiff and sticky. While he did come out after I expressed dissatisfaction, he just kept spaying more chemicals and using the exact same method. Once the check cleared the bank it became very difficult to get in touch with him as he would rarely return emails or phone messages) or answer his phone for that matter). He finally agreed to give me a partial refund (50%) after accusing me of purposefully re-soiling the carpets rather than take responsibility for his poor work. I agreed just to have the matter settled, even though I felt a full refund was appropriate due to the fact that everything was in the exact same condition as before he cleaned it. He kept putting me of however with one excuse after another as to why I had not received my refund yet. April 2011 was the last time I had any communication from him, as he has failed to return my attempts to contact him on the matter. He first came out to my home in February of 2011. As of August 2011 I have still not received any refund.

My Husband And I Were Deploying To Afganistan and he called us in a very timely manner. The day he came he said he forgot his receipt book and he would email it the next day. Knowing we had to clear our house in two days I trusted him. Lets just say that after I called a few times he finally sent an email just saying paid. Also after the carpets dried there were still simple stains. He told me he would come back but we deployed. So the renters took my $500 deposit. Before spending money for something that you know you need a professional receipt for make sure you get the receipt when paying them.

We were so pleased with the work done by Mike and his employee. He went above and beyond in helping us with our overgrown yard. Mike is hard working and does an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company, and I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

The service was excellent and Mike cared about what he was doing. He was professional and courteous. And he did even more than he promised to do. We will schedule him every six months. Great service!!!

I just had a bed delivered today about a week after he cleaned my carpets. I removed the old bed and found some kids toys and stuff. This tells me he didn't move my furniture like he said he would. This is why I paid so well. I am not pleased. This is why he finished so fast. In like an hour. And the stainmaster he applied, is a joke.

I was renting a home and had to have the carpets professionally cleaned and I am so glad I used enviro-zyme! The carpets looked better than they did when we moved in and we passed our inspection with flying colors! Mike is a very professional person and was even able to come on Saturday morning. Most places I called would not work on the weekends and charged extra for any difficult stains. We were quoted a price over the phone and that was the price we paid with enviro-zyme. I am very pleased with the professionalism and also the service we recieved! I would recommend this company to everyone!

He is very conscientious, will stay late to maker sure that everything is but back correctly, just cares about his work.
