I called three pest control firms and Peter was the only one that contacted me and he did right away. I explained that I had a bug problem that grew worse by the day and couldn't sleep in my apartment another night. Peter was busy understandably but still managed to squeeze me in that evening and worked until late. My anxiety level was so high with the situation as soon as Peter arrived and explained everything he was going to do I left him alone to work for 2 hours. When I returned I figured he was about finished and was surprised to hear he was almost half done. He explained the bugs are silverfish and usually pretty persistent and wanted to treat every wall inside and out. After he finished he said it could take a few days for the bugs to completely vanish but from the next morning on there were none to be found. I went from being miserable and short sleep to enjoying my apartment again and getting a good night sleep. Thank you Peter!

Envirocare did an excellent pest control job. The technician was professional and thoroughly inspected and treated the house. I really appreciated that he took the time during the inspection to pull out all the appliances (not an easy task on a 90 degree day with no air conditioning). Envirocare performed the work the same day I submitted the request and performed the work that evening. I would highly recommend Envirocare for pest control services.

Envirocare Pest Control was a great choice. I wanted to exterminate as soon as I discovered the flea infestation. Pete was able to schedule an appointment the next day (a Saturday) and he arrived on time. I knew the fleas were confined to one room in my house, and I wanted an effective treatment without excessive chemicals. Pete designed a treatment plan that included "bombing" the effected room and "spraying" the rest of the house. For the spray, he used a lower toxicity pesticide. And it worked. The fleas are gone and I could not have been happier with the service. I will definitely use Envirocare again.

Peter was very courteous and prompt. He took the time to discuss all of our options with us after thoroughly inspecting the house and outside permiters. In addition, he was very professional in performing the work and flexible to meet our scheduling needs.

The manager, Peter, contacted me with no delay by both phone and email. The process of setting up an appointment was seamless. Peter proved to be professional, hard-working and completely honest. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need and went above and beyond what i expected in terms of service. Oh, and he also has a portable credit-card machine! How convenient. In a heartbeat I would recommend Envirocare to anyone.

Pete was very professional knowlegeable and neat . I would give them 5 stars, however I am not sure how effective their treatment method is yet.
