Brad explained exactly what needed to be done and what had caused my damage. Brad and his crew were wonderful started the repair work as promised everything I had been told would be done was done. The crew let me know when they would arrive and always asked if there was anything I needed for them to do. The work was completed as promised and on time. I can’t say enough how great the experience was. I definitely will recommend them if you need work done. Very professional, really knowledgeable, work was completed when promised .

EBM was a God send to me while I was 2,000 miles away from my home with tenants living in my home in Little Rock. Brad not only worked very quickly to get someone over to my house but talked me through the whole process and called multiple times to update me on the situation so I could be at ease. I had a leak that had spread water all through the carpet and flooring of my master bedroom and hallway through the night. Brad had his guys out there within a few hours making sure everything was ripped out and dried so that no more issues or mold set in. I couldn't speak more highly of him and his team for getting the job done while I was away from my home. It was in great hands! Thanks!

He was very friendly and polite. He came very quickly, and answered all of our questions. He did more than was expected of him, because the problem was in the attic, but he also checked the basement. The basic service charge is high, but supposedly not as high as others.

Instead of 15 pages of words like some companies, Brad showed up on day one to do the job. He broke the paperwork and language down into simplistic terms. I found Brad and his team on this site, because we noticed mold in my son's bedroom. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to pin down the cause, eliminate the mold, and offer a clear course of action for the future.
