Dr. Zainul Abedin or "Dr. Z" was highly knowledgeable and professional. I have a hard time trusting mold inspectors as they are usually trying to get you to do a remediation project with them. Dr. Z only does inspecting and testing. And even then was really good about only testing in areas where he (or I) felt there was a need, including convincing me not to waste money in certain areas.
