Very happy with their responsiveness and follow-through. The cost was the same as estimated. Impossible to rate the quality until time has passed. I have no reason to think the quality is anything but good.

Everything went as expected with no termites having returned to date. Paid for an extended warranty. We’ll see how that works out at a later date if additional work is needed.

Great communication: multiple check-ins by email and text message to determine a convenient service time and then to confirm that time. Really great! The service was thorough and professional. They "told it like it is" in terms of treatment for termites; didn't try to scare us with horror stories but didn't sugar-coat the information either. Our previous pest control service was not up to par. I'm very glad we chose Environmental. Online payment was also convenient -- everything is now saved electronically, so no worries about losing receipts, etc. I highly recommend them.

1 year update - Termites have returned. Tried calling because they offered a 5 year guarantee, but they have not picked up or returned any calls. Poor workmanship, poor customer service. Came the next day to trench and inject chemicals around the house, havent seen any termite tunnels since

No one wants to hear the words, we have termites. It was a bad feeling and I called a lot of pro’s including my current pest control. After much thought and comparisons we went Environmental Pest & Termite control because they were very responsibly priced. They came on time and cleaned up well. More importantly they saved us money after coming and inspecting the house, it was determined that the infestation was minimal and they did had not done damage. It also meant that we didn’t need the most expensive treatment. We were relieved and grateful. They walked around the house explaining the process and put our ground back together nicely. We will be switching to use them as our current pest control.
