They were punctual, courteous and honest. We needed an existing water softener from a house we purchased to be checked out. They only problem it wasn't hooked up and were honest to say that was all was needed. The tech reset the softener and it works fine.

They installed the wrong unit (bad customer service) but promptly changed it when I brought it to their attention (good customer service). I am sure it was inadvertent as they were very apologetic. But it did mean that their installer was not aware of which system he was installing.... they just hand him parts. So the buyer needs to check and make sure they get the unit intended. The installation itself was very well done and the piping and electrical neatly installed. Even the hole on the wall was very neatly patched. Pricing was very competitive and there were no hidden fees or charges.

They didn't try to sell me a whole new system or charge me unnecessarily for anything, so I can honestly give them five stars for every aspect of the job.

The guy came and found that the water softener didn't work properly. He fixed it and came again the other day to check if the water become soft without any other charge. He is responsible and reliable. Sure will recommend this company!
