Roy was really a good choice for us. He was very responsive, took the time to explain all that he was doing and why, came on weekends to take care of things. His emergency treatment of the mold we had was great. My wife is very sensitive to mold and she was able to tell that the mold in our house was at a low level until the repair and rebuild team came at a later time. I highly recommend him.

Even though ESG's estimate was about 10% higher than 3 other competing estimates, I felt that owner Roy White and his team were the most professional and would be the most thorough in what was a considerable mold remediation job. As the job progressed, Roy kept me informed every step of the way and finished on schedule, completing everything promised.

HARD TO RATE THIS AS HAVE NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THE PROBLEM INVOLVED. MOLD ISSUES APPEAR TO BE RESOLVED AND, AS FAR AS I KNOW A GOOD JOB WAS DONE AT A REASONABLE PRICE MY ONLY MISGIVINGS IS THAT I WAS PROMISED A LIST OF ITEMS THAT HAD TO BE DISCARDED. I EVEN WAS PROMISED PHOTOS OF THE DISCARDED ITEMS. I NEVER GOT EITHER ONE EVEN THOUGH I PHONED AND REQUESTED THEM.

Environmental Services Group was very professional in their approach to helping us resolve our mold problem. They were the only ones we talked to that did microbiological testing. They recommended against some of the costly alternatives that other providers suggested. We were beginning to lose hope that we could solve our problem, but in a couple of days they made things look a lot better. We now have a stable, acceptable environment to live in as we assess next step in our home improvements.
