The actual work was fine. Was was not so great was the customer service interaction where we were without water but the internal communication kept us in the dark for about 24 hours after the problem was isolated. There seemed to be too many people involved and they did not communicate well with each other.

They were proactive....got locates done prior to being awarded the work and provided the contract paper work immediately. When they encountered an unknown construction problem....footings obstructing the repair alignment, they simply dealt with it without putting in a claim for an extra bill.

Profesional, educational (in a language a non plumber, like me can understand) They showed me what probably happened, and even took a look at my water heater and gave me some advice, which I will take, and purchase a new one with in the year....Thank you!

Was charged $109.00 total for tightening a nut that was loose causing a tiny leak... I think the $49.00 service call should have been sufficient or maybe even a small amount over that, but $60.00 over that! Price gouging.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. AS FAR AS I COULD TELL, THE WORK WAS OF VERY HIGH QUALITY. THE OFFICE KEPT ME VERY INFORMED OF EACH STEP. IT WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT PROBABLY IN LINE WITH ANY GOOD COMPANY. I WAS PLEASED I HIRED THEM.

Joel and Leo from Environmental Works showed up ahead of schedule and complimented how I'd dug the workspace required to assess & replace our 24 yr old Gate Valve which failed the prior morning (I'd shut water off at the city's meter curbside) and flooded the side yard. Having no running water in one's home is a sobering experience (no sink water, no flushing toilets, no shower, etc.), so make sure you put a good firm like Environmental Works on your short list of resources that can get you out of a jam. They tried to do the least-invasive approach first - replace the packing nut on that old valve, but they didn't have one on hand and the ones at nearby hardware stores wouldn't fit either. So we went to Plan B, a more invasive option of replacing the 24 year old Gate Valve with a new Ball Valve (which should be more durable/reliable). There were some unplanned issues with the existing pipe, which Joel and Leo worked to resolve during installation, and their solution seems to be holding up well. Nearly 24 hrs later, the water meter's blue triangle barely moves when all house water is turned off, and the "pit" I dug to do the work in has a few puddles that seem to be drying out. I ordinarily wait a few weeks (to ensure all is working-as-designed) before posting a review, but figured I should do this one quickly since the guys were so nice and professional. Highly recommend using Environmental Works for your plumbing needs - they show up on-time, get the job done (even when presented with unforeseen challenges) and give the homeowner a feeling of confidence in the approach & materials used.

Duane arrived and did the service requested. He was professional and friendly. I was getting concerned, and a bit nervous, when the window of time for him to arrive passed. Eventually a text came my way. I suggest they make it a point to contact the customer in advance when running late. Otherwise I am happy with the work.

We hired EWorks to resolve a sewer issue in our old home prior to closing. Dwight in the plumbing department was great to work with! It was a challenging sewer issue to say the least. Dwight went above and beyond to manage our expectations and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. We were on a tight deadline and their resources and Dwightâ s prompt communication throughout the process allowed us to help manage the expectations of our buyer. If it wasn't for Dwight and his team, I doubt we would have been able to close the sale on time. We've also used EWorks for radon mitigation as well as our home energy score audit and would wholeheartedly recommend them in terms of professionalism, cost and expertise.

Environmental Works responded quickly and were able to give me an appointment the next day. Matt attempted to replace cartridges in bathroom faucets. However, he was unable to determine brand and part # (too old), plus he would need to go to supply source (on my time) to pick up parts. He suggested it would be more economical to buy a new faucet and DIY. I took his suggestion and had my son finish the project. Matt also investigated a loud clunking noise in pipes in crawl space caused by washing machine. He added a device to the washer water connections that leveled the water pressure which quieted the noise. He also climbed into the crawl space to wrap the pipes in case they were vibrating and contributing to the noise. I was very pleased with his work and thoughtfulness to suggest a better way to solve the faucet problem.

Major issues. I hired them to fix a leaky faucet. And we have replaced the stop value under the bathroom however that issue is still not resolved as the faucet is still leaking. Now I am looking to hire someone else to fix the issue. Note to me: Make sure when the pro says it is fixed then check before signing off .
