EnviroPro is awesome! We were very satisfied with the work they did of raising the jacks of the main beam in our old home’s basement, and they also installed a sump pump down there. In addition, we are happy with the encapsulation they installed in our current home. For all the jobs they’ve done, they had very competitive and fair prices! Mike, the owner is amazing… professional and honest. He will not try to sell you anything you don’t need. Highly recommend this company to everyone!

Enviropro just completed installing "French Drain " and basement wall panels. Everything looks good but we won't know how good until we receive a substantial amount of rain. The crew of workers were here for a week and performed a proficient job while maintaining a neat, clean and clutter free work areas. We were expecting a final inspection by management or some communication regarding our satisfaction but we didn't. Hopefully it was an oversight and not a standard procedure. UPDATE; since I posted initial review Mike, the owner did reach out to me and followed through with a inspection visit. We were concerned about the damp concrete areas after a heavy rainstorm and one of the white wall panels was installed in several pieces rather than one continueous sheet. Mike informed us that the damp concrete was normal and it would take 6-12 months before it cured. He also replaced the wall panel with one single sheet. It's been nearly 7 months since completion of French Drain and numerous heavy downpours. The concrete is totally dry and we have not experienced any water issues, what a relief !!! Thanks Enviropro. We decided to have Enviropro perform the basement waterproofing because several of our neighbors did have French Drain systems installed by them and they are very satisfied with the results.

This company installed a French drain system in my 100 year old basement about a year ago. Before the service my basement was flooding every time there was a heavy rain. It's been completely dry since then! I'm very happy with EnviroPro. They gave a fair estimate and were easy to work with. And they're a local family-owned business!

We had them do a crawl space encapsulation along with a dehumidifier 2-3 years ago. They did a great job with the initial install, and have continued with excellent follow-up and maintenance calls since then. Great staff, professional approach.

The service was spectacular on my basement project. The gentlemen who came to do the work were polite and friendly, neat and organized. The only issue was with the original diagnosis, which turned out to be different from the estimate. That said, I think it is a complicated problem to solve and I truly believe the sales person did his best. I would hire them again, but I would definitely do what I could to check that the work they are doing will, in fact, address the problem. The work they did was very high quality and professional.

I hired this company to complete the waterproofing of my crawlspace. Unfortunately, the solution to outlet the water into my yard caused significant flooding of my yard (and my neighbor s yard) and erosion of the soil. When I asked that it be addressed, I was hit with more fees. I even asked for some accommodations with regard to the fees, but there was no consideration of that request. I am now stuck completing the job at additional expense. Very disappointing.

We are extremely pleased with the job Enviropro did in our basement. The price was reasonable (relative to others we contacted), and the sales call was friendly without the high-pressure nonsense of some other waterproofers. One key to my decision to hire them is that the Lifetime Warranty is backed not just by EnviroPro, but also by the national company that created the system they use. The work was done according to schedule, with far less dust and mess than we expected. The crew were very communicative and they cleaned up after themselves. It's like having a brand new basement. We couldn't be happier, and do not hesitate to recommend Mike and his staff.

The owner came and gave us a free estimate. They walked us through the whole process so we understood what was to be done, When the crack was being repaired, they were polite and clean. Great experience for a fair price!

I was very pleased with the work that the Enviropro team completed in my basement with the installation of the drainage system. Mike took the time to really walk thru project details and answer any questions prior to the project. The team arrived onsite the first day of the job and walked thru to explain the work they would start. Mike Troyner, the owner is very professional. He conducted a thorough examination of the work site, i.e., a concrete crawl space, and determined the best solution to the problem. His team performed an excellent job of encapsulating the crawl space and installing a sump liner. The team protected the floors leading to the crawl space and removed all debris during the clean up.

Enviro-Pro was great, The salesman was very knowledgeable, non pushy and friendly and did not try to push on more work that was needed. The crew was very professional and took great care in doing a very good job and cleaning up and taking the trash with them . Also they did not leave until explaining every phase of the operation. Two hour late. Old equipment, damaged front deck paint and front grass. Last 6 hours for a1 hour job. I am sure if the job is done right.
