Very prompt and professional. Arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving work site!

Frank installed our irrigation this past Friday. They were late finishing that afternoon and Frank was in a hurry to get going. That was completely understandable on a Friday afternoon. However, today, Tuesday, my husband called and asked Frank for a schematic to the placement of the sprinkler heads as he did not provide one on Friday. Frank told him that he could prodive one, but that it would cost us $150 to get it. Really Frank? You know, if we had waited months to ask I could see having to pay for the inconvenience of research, but from Friday afternoon until Tuesday? I find this so disconcerting because I had read all the positive reviews of Frank and his company before we hired him. His reviews were excellent. I dont know what was wrong with him, but we did not meet the man of the reviews I read. It also appears that the grass that was removed to dig the trenches is not going to survive. Frank set the system to come on for several days to give the grass a chance to grow. And, as we all know, we had a great deal of rain over the weekend. Frank had said that they would reseed if the grass did not survive, but I doubt that will happen now. Lastly I would like to say that none of this review should reflect negatively on Mavis. When we interacted with her, she was the consulate professional. She was a delight to meet and she should be the voice and the face of the company to prevent our unfortunate experience.

We had a great experience with Frank and his staff at Enviroscape Landscaping. We are very pleased with our new prinkler system.

Quickly done and priced right

Professional installation, they use a turf cutter versus a trencher. This installation does not leave bare trench lines in your turf.

Shows up when they say they will, and does what they say they will do. Communication is something that could improve but that's, of course, a two way street. Best to work with them by phone and in person.

Showed up on time and cleaned my gutters without any problems or issues.
