They are very pleasant and prompt. So far the work is done well and the people are easy to work with. We'll see how the finished job looks, but so far we are happy with what they've done.

I hired Scot to remodel a bathroom, signed a contract after we discussed my concerns and he agreed, they were suppose to begin the following week, told them I wanted the job done by Thanksgiving, I have paid $9000 and nothing has been done, I have left voice mails at the office for someone to call me and no one has

They installed a Quartz Counter Top after installations was completed we noticed a greasy stain on one part of the counter top -Rob kept telling me he would take care of it and bring in the installer. After a while Rob was not able to tell me exactly the source of those stains. He convinced me the Quartz Counter Top should be sealed - They added two coats of sealant very uneven and left bubbles all over. He said as we gave him our final payment to let it dry all will be ok. We are not left with a mess of a counter top. I have consulted 3 counter top experts and all agreed Quartz SHOULD NOT BE SEALED. Now no contractor will take this job as the sealer removing process is to risky. I have contacted the owner with no success. This was our dream kitchen our only option is to manually scrap the sealer with a razor blade on our own. We saved for over a year for our dream kitchen words cannot describe the horrible feeling as we trusted Rob with the Counter Top. Attached is the picture of the before stain ( Grease like) that they could not explain. And also the after pictures with the sealer counter top is not the same.

We absolutely love our new bathroom. The guys they sent were very professional, easy to work with and did an amazing job from start to finish. The work crew was great and cleaned up everything in the bathroom and outside. I really appreciate it all. Our bathroom came out very beautiful and never looked better. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

These guys were great! They did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel that finished a couple of weeks ago. Their prices were very reasonable and also, were very helpful in our selection cabinets. The entire crew worked neat and completed the job within a week. The cabinets were made with high quality materials and a lifetime warranty. We couldn't be more pleased and happy with our new kitchen!

Ty (Sales) Ty was great, he called, we told him we weren't ready to start our project, no pressure, he called back when we said we would be ready. Scott We talked with Scott about what we wanted, what was important to us, what we could afford. Scott listened and came up with a great design, detailed every line item for the entire project, was flexible on the payment schedule, told us how we could modify things as the project proceeded, which we did. Rob Rob was fantastic. He was at the site for the first day with the plumbing and electrical team, we walked through the entire project, they all listened to our ideas, took notes, and we all agreed on the plan, timeline, and budget. They got started the next day (Saturday). Rob was at the site almost every week, sometimes a couple of times within the week, to make sure the project was going as planned. He discussed with us things that were discovered about our old/unique kitchen, came up with a plan that we all agreed on, the changes were documented, and we both signed off on the change. Rob was always reassuring, always came by the house when we had questions or concerns, always returned our calls within the day (sometimes within the hour). Joe, Braden (electrical and plumbing), Steve (plaster and paint), Joe (tile), Gorge (fabricator), the demo crew The teams were all very professional, knowledgable, understood what the plan was, and did great quality of work. The first team, demolition, left no mess and were impressive on keeping debris organized & contained till it was picked up. Thank you Joe for working out our recirculating pump, works great! Materials All the products that Scott recommended were of a very high quality (cabinets, sink/faucet, back splash, etc.). He worked with us on selection and pricing of the floor tile and counter top. Conclusion We are very happy with the final design and quality, all on budget. Many thanks to Scott, Rob, the demolition crew, Joe & Braden, Joe (the tile man), and Steve (cabinets). Excellent finishing work.

They were great in helping us designing our dream kitchen. We were very particular with the design and they listened well to our ideas while also giving their own input. The crew who handled the whole work were very detailed, diligent and professional. Always prompt for work and when an issue came up, they resolved it quickly! The pricing was fair for the quality of work done so it was all good. A big thanks to this company for their excellent service!

Ensure they stick to the contracted items. In our case, they installed an off-the-shelf sliding glass door with a cost of approx $500, when the contract was for a high-end door worth more than $2,000. After calling them on it, it took weeks to get the right door in, and they stated "they did not know what was in the scope of work/on the contract". Really? Second, their electrician placed multiple GFCI's in line on one circuit, which is not to code. Third, they were going to hardwire our dishwasher, which has not been allowed by code for over 5 years. How would you not know that as a general contractor that does nothing but kitchen and bath remodels? Unreal. Fourth, and back to the electrical. We had multiple electrical outlets wired wrong causing arcs and melting the ground on one of them. They heard the pop but did not know what it was. I discovered it later that night when the electricity went out. Fifth, and yes it gets better (actually worse), their electrician shoved live 220 VAC into our wall with no caps or disconnection at the main breaker panel, and attempted to drywall over it. Another case of doing work not to code. Sixth, they tried to install a different model and brand of garbage disposal that was considerably cheaper than the one stated in the contract. Once again, they stated that they did not know that was in the scope of work/in the contract. Cabinets were delivered with damage and multiple missing cabinets to boot. Once again, did not read the contract and packing slip, citing that it was an office order issue. They attempted to hang drywall that had been rained on inside our house that was not even green board. Are you kidding me? Their license was suspended for not paying their bond. As you can see, not a well-organized business or owner, and was never apologetic and did not think these were a problem. Let's see, their famous line is: "No worries, we'll take care of that." Yeah, right. Clean up was a real issue, as they left nails and construction debris everywhere, even causing me to get punctured by two of them while walking on my back porch and in the house. If they would like to dispute any of this, well, bring it on because I have photos and texts from them indicating this. Their electrician's lack of attentiveness blew a main fuse of our A/C compressor, which led them to finally fire him, but not just for that. He had his girlfriend and others in our house doing work that was not supposed to be at our property or not even on their payroll or subcontractor pool. The project took weeks longer than expected and their GM quit two weeks. Both the GM and owner spoke to me or texted me with nothing but bad things to say about each other. This organization not only breaks the California code and international electrical codes but breaks every ethical code and promise you can think of. If I were you, pay a little more for a more reputable organization, as it would be worth it. Don't worry, there is more but this should hopefully

It was hard for me to find someone fit for the job since I am very busy at my work. Luckily, Envision Design is not only fit to get the job done, they are also the best when it comes to bathroom remodeling. Plans were created, they started working on the scheduled time and the result was so much better that what I had expected. Thank you Envision for the great work.

This was a kitchen re-do from hell. They took advantage of me because I am a woman and of a different ethic background. It was very poor management no supervision. The project manger (Rob Webster and Owner is Thomas Gash) does not supervise. They used my bathroom towels to clean up the mess they created. The measurements were not done correctly. The plumbing is not flush to the wall and there is no water in the kitchen sink after 9 weeks. They replace the fire detected without installing a battery. The Refrigerator does not fit in the space that it was designed for and they used a water hose for the water line. The cabinets were not aliened correct. They did not get a permit for the gas line and did not show me proof of license. They told me it was my responsibility to get the permit, but it was only after the fact. There are so many things wrong I could go on and on. it is 6/25/18 and my kitchen is not finished, My gas range is not working, Microwave not installed and the lazy suzanne is not installed. If anyone hires this company please take time off from work to supervise their work. I d not think they hire licensed and certified electricians and plumbers, because after they finished the electrical and plumbing I had to hire an Electrician and local plumbing company to fix the problems they created and had to pay out of pocket. Terrible company
