I hired Justin and had him come to my condo in Boston. I assumed he understood that meant tricky parking, even though I've had many contractors come by with similar vehicles. When he couldn't find adequate parking for his box truck, he told me I had wasted an hour of his time and hung up on me.

Started a project had to order more parts then having a very hard time getting him to comeback and fin job always some excuse hard to get return calls

Stayed all day and finished the project. Very pleasant and hard working.

Good communication between Justin and customer. Job completed as projected and on time. Would recommend Justin for any work he is capable of. He pulled up carpeting and installed laminate flooring on about 500 sq. ft. of space/living & dining area.

The contractor was very friendly easygoing and very understanding of or needs and wants. The expert really took his time to methodically put the flooring in and made suere he didnt rush or cut corners. no pun intended.

Would have given 5 for all categories. 4.5 for service because some of the dust from drilling was not cleaned off my stove and counters.

Very nice person and a good professional. Came right on time. He assembled an Executive Computer Desk and installed storage shelves in all our closets.

Envision arrived on time with an energetic, confident, and positive attitude. Justin and his partner installed my double wall oven without issue, which was no easy feat - and very heavy! They were very professional and knowledgeable and provided a quality service. They were pleasant and did not try to rush the project, never checking the time. They also hauled away the old double wall oven. I would highly recommend Envision!

Justin did an excellent job installing a ceramic splasback in my kitchen. He gave me a number of suggestion on tile options and found a tile that matched my kitchen cabinets and was exactly what I wanted. Heather did a fantastic job painting the kitchen, very neat. They arrived on time each day, were clean and I would highly recommend them.

They charged by the hour, gave a quote for the whole project. At the end, they stopped the job because they weren't skilled enough to complete the work, but still charged for the whole amount of time. What they actually did was take down work done by someone else and leave the job even less done than it was in the beginning. They also left my home with one of my tools. In addition, they installed drawers with only partial equipment, the drawers don't function properly. When I asked if we could solve the issue, they were not aware it was an equipment problem until I found the solution on the internet for them... and then sent a rather rude email because my attempt to get to the bottom of the problem upset them. Overall, I'd say they are very pleasant for the most part, but too willing to take on work they are not skilled to do, and will charge you for it whether they can finish the work or not.

Had a half finished chicken coop that my husband didn't finish along with a variety of other fix-it jobs. Justin did a great job! He was on time and very professional but personable. Would hire him again!

Justin did a great job installing my new dishwasher. He was very thorough and even found a cracked pipe in my sink which he also repaired. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. And he is also a good guy

Justin is very professional and curtious. He hooked up a washer and dryer, installed sixteen blinds, accessories for three bathrooms , and a curtain panel rod. Excellent price-- for all the work he did and the time spent, I didn't think he charged enough. I highly recommend Justin, you will not be disappointed.

Justin was totally professional, and his price was extremely fair, and he was there ON TIME, like he said he would! An all around GREAT experience from a GREAT contractor!
