Envy Home Services built a screen room on our existing patio, and it turned out great. Our Envy project manager took care of permits, and coordinated everything, keeping us updated throughout the whole process. The builders and contractors involved did good work, and Envy made sure we were happy with every detail. We love the room, and can't wait to enjoy it next summer!

They entire crew with Envy Homes were fantastic beginning with Adam, Allen and all workers involved. They kept to the schedule and always kept in touch with updates and scheduling. All workers were extremely hard working always courteous and gave their all. When the day was over they cleaned everything up in the yard before leaving. I totally recommend them.

Absolutely LOVE our new screened porch! Our backyard faces south, and has absolutely no shade, so this extension of our home is just perfect for those hot summer days! Every person we worked with, from the sales rep, to the installers, and everyone in between, was professional and courteous. 100% highly recommend!

I contracted with Envy in Sept 24 and I recieved the home addition sunroom of my dreams by May 25. It was a smooth experience the workers were very efficient and the communication between myself and the head contractor was open and often. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Yes, the work was done well and was better than we expected. It took longer to complete than promised by about two months, but weather played a part in that. Vendor is very responsive and professional. They could be better at offering suggestions and a little less transactional about small upgrades.

We had a 3 seasons sunroom installed by "Sunrooms by Envy". The overall experience was amazing right from the start to finish. I would like to thank and acknowledge Jeff Bilotich for patiently showing us all options and helping quote and order. The installers Jesus and team were very efficient and did amazing job. They were done in 2 days once the materials arrived. The concrete crew was very thorough as well. Finally I would like to thank Allen, project and field manager for keeping us informed, handling scheduling and making sure we are happy with how the sunroom turned out! Thanks Allen and team! Brick split level homes are everywhere in Chicagoland but they don't lend themselves to additions. So I decided to put a sunroom addition onto my garage in the backyard. I could not be more satisfied. The quoting process was organized, plans were professionally prepared, permit process was managed effectively. The construction was carried out as proposed . Materials are high quality and attention to detail was great. Take a look at how the room was integrated into the existing garage structure. The shared brick wall matches nicely with the sand colored room.

Envy Homes built the Sunroom for us. They did an excellent job. Adam was the sales rep, and he was so patient answering all our questions, his communication was awesome, he laid out everything for us, we knew the exact steps in the journey. Yesus was the installer. His work is perfect. He works so well with his teammate. They finished the room in 3 days! It looked like magic. His attitude is so good, you can easily talk to him and he answers so well. Allen was the project coordinator, he went way beyond his role to make the project successful. He even cleaned the wall, graded the backyard, and everything else. Nathan did the wood work and he is so passionate about the wood work, he did phenomenal job! Very impressed with Envy Homes and I would highly recommend them for any project!
