Horrible company. Please do not hire them. They treated me horribly

I had hired Baker Bros. to install tile in my family room. After they removed the furniture and the carpeting, they discovered some old square linoleum tile underneath and left, informing me that they couldn't proceed with the job because it might contain asbestos. After doing some online research, I was connected to Envy Restoration. They were able to come out the next morning after I called them, remove some of the old tile for testing, and even get me the testing results back the same day. (The results were positive for asbestos.) Envy's removal crew came out the next morning, sealed off the room, put in a fan to vent to the outdoors, tore out the old tile and removed the black glue-like material under the tile. When they were finished, they even arranged for a company to come out that same day to test my air to make sure it was OK so that I could proceed with my new tile installation. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the Envy employees and would strongly recommend them to anyone in my situation dealing with old linoleum tile. The only thing I would have done differently is that I might have skipped paying the $325 to have the tile tested--if your home is more that 30 years old and you have 9x9 linoleum tiles, my understanding is that it almost always has asbestos in it.
