The work quality was on par with others employed in the past; not exceptional. Work progress was slow. We had landscape cleaning and mulching done. They did pick most but not all weeds and did not treat for weeds as there were quite a few showing up in the next couple days after mulching. Mulch thickness variable. The main complaint is the billing for the work done. Easily twice as much as other companies. Not following work estimate and charged double the worked hours. Upon questioning there was a reduction with sketchy explanation. Would not recommend or use again.

He killed weeds and they grew back right away....even after repeated attempts. The amount of mulch was so scant that I could still see old mulch!!! Planted a try which died! Asked for professional bordering of flower beds and his helper just went over the same border I had done with s shovel! I asked for a deep sharp border and he said that would require a special tool... I said ok but he never did it. When I got a bill for $875... I returned it with a note that when the job was done as agreed upon I would pay the bill. He never came back and did not respond to my calls or texts and kept sending bills with added fees!!! I thought of suing him but it was not worth the time and effort! I finally just paid the bill just to be rid of him!!!! I would not hire him again!

We are not done with repairs but they found a problem of a leak. The Company who installed it said they didn't have time to look at it. So far t stars for Ephrata Lawn Care Services.

Great job and price

When they contacted me to do the yard clean up I told them that I had had two estimates done the year before but that I could not afford to get the work done at that time, the quotes came in at $850-900 and I told him that I had budgeted $1000 to get the work done this year, he said he would come by and if his estimate was higher than the other guys he would call me and let me know, otherwise they would start the yard clean up. It took them two half days, they cleaned up a lot of sticks and debris, leaves, dead weeds, and hauled everything away, but then I received a bill for $1150. Which is $300 more than my previous estimates, which was never communicated to me, and it might not seem like a lot to some people, by when you re a stay at home mom of four children a few hundred bucks goes a long way. I will not be using them for any additional services.

So far gook just hired them have not been billed yet.

I am still in the planning phase of my large outdoor project. I was very impressed with Bill when he came to my house to provide an estimate and am looking forward to seeing how he transforms my yard. I believe his fee is fair and very competitive.

We were in constant contact. Weather , at first, was awful but as soon as there was a clear day they showed up. They are very polite too.

He did not do what I wanted him to do. He didn't fix the areas that I had addressed and I still have clover. I had to hire someone else to finish his job.

William replied back with a prompt phone call and also showed up right when we needed it done quick. Then he came back and took all debris away. Yes I would recommend them to others for sure.

Gave them one star cause they showed up. This was the second time I had their service first was OK very pricey for what they did. Would NEVER hire again buyer beware here

Did a very good job with the trimming up of the trees and clean up.

Pleased with the new flagstone area off our deck and the river rock bed under our Leyland Cypress trees where we had a drainage problem.
