They do a pretty good job but they increased my price 40% from my last cleaning only 11 months ago for the same exact job. I will be looking for a new carpet cleaner.

Please do no use this company. They do bait and switch. They promise you everything and give the minimal they clean only the ventilate and did not open the vent to see if they were dirty even after I ask. I had several conversation with the owner while the technician was at my house he told me verbally if they do not have right air filters he would go get them. He fused to honor the deal with me. Please do used this company

Price included moving the furniture. Carl's cleaners did not know anything about having to move the furniture. The cleaners said they could not move the big pieces even though I had it in writing (text message) from Carl stating the it would cost was an additional $10 per room which I agreed to. I was misled and feel cheated.
