Service tech was only interested in selling a new unit. He made all judgments based on a digital multimeter hung out for an hour or so then left stating there was nothing he could do for me and charged 159.00. He condemned the compressor when the problem was the outside compressor fan motor. I replaced it myself and unit works great.

Janet came out and gave me a guide for a 5 ton system, Trane, I checked with two other companies and they were not even close. Cody and his asst. Brandon came out and installed the unit today. When they opened the box, the compressor had dents in it. Janet sad they would not use that compressor and drove to Gainesville to pick up another one. So far this company and its employees are nice people. I would definitely hire them again.

Anthony and Brandon were excellent and very detailed. They arrived on time with a large trailer and backed it in for easy access. Good thing they had the trailer because the new a/c unit was larger than expected. Professional and quality work was done and I am happy with the results. They worked well as a team and cleaned up all the mess.

Janet came to assess our situation, our 15 year old A/C was dead, no heat, no cooling. She managed to get us a new unit and schedule the install within 2 days . Satisfied with the A/C installation. Technicians Robert and Cody were very knowledgeable and friendly, eager to please indeed.. we decided to add a mini split in the cottage, despite issues with an electrical problem, it was done in one day, thank you Cody for your hard work ! I highly recommend Epic, they take care of you.

Called today with what thought was the motor going out. Tech Matt came out and explained what that the blue tint in the discharge water was from the cooper tubing and everything was fine. Did not try to sell a part that was not needed + Same day service = definitely will call again!! Thank you Matt ð SN: this is twice we have called Epic and received fast, friendly and professional service!! A+

The customer service was great, they were very professional and courteous. The technician that came out explain what the problem was, what our options are and patiently answered any questions we had. It did not take them long at all to have us back up and running. I will definitely be using them in the future and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing an AC or AC repair!

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Excellent experience, contacted shortly after requesting information. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered. They were willing to work with me (I had received a new condenser as a gift from family) and install my unit while pairing it with a new air handler. Installation was done quickly (as soon as the ordered part was received) and was completed in less than a day. The installation team was very professional and courteous and made sure we were familiar with the new system (filter, etc.) before they left. I highly recommend Epic AC Service!

VERY unorganized, gave conflicting quotes/ prices... reneged on promised VETERANS discount. My service technician spent a lot of time texting and was not very friendly BUT responded quickly found problem.

"Dan, our techs uses his phone for all of our notes for diagnostics, filling out invoices, estimates etc. and sometimes in technical issues they call tech support so I do understand the appearance.
