I am so happy that I found Epic Air, Heating and Cooling. My A/C died. Come to find out there was an issue with water in my furnace. I have a home warranty and Epic did a great job communicating with my warranty company and ended up replacing the furnace unit through my warranty. The next day my A/C still wasn t working well. They sent a technician out and discovered that my coil isn t able to keep up with the new furnace and Epic is now submitting a claim with my home warranty company asking them to replace the coil. From the office ladies to the field techs, I appreciate this company so much!

They came out three times for AC repair and our air conditioner is still not working. Each time they would come out, they will find something wrong. Why wasn't this discovered in the first inspection? They will charge you every time they come out for poor, shoddy service. STAY AWAY! Would not recommend this company for repair or maintenance, you will be very disappointed.
