    I've had them out to fix both my air conditioner and my heater. Both times, the tech was early, friendly, knowledgable, and the bill was less than I had feared it would be. We had been without central air and heat for a few years and I was worried I'd need a whole new system. I did not.     I called about my A/C that had quit working the night before at about 8:30 am. I was told a tech could be out at around 10:30. Justin was out and replaced a bad capacitor and had the unit up and running minutes before the time I was told he could get here. That was even after he had to run to get the new part! Very pleased with the speed of the repair and Justin was very friendly. I told him I would give him an award for being so quick.

    The technician, James, was on time, was courteous and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and then, since I was paying for a service call, he cleaned my condenser coils. He was finished in less than an hour. Great experience. The only negative comment I might make is that James' service van left a couple of nasty oil stains on my concrete driveway. I would recommend that service vehicles never park in a customer's driveway, especially when there is ample parking in the street.
