Our home had extensive exterior damage due to hail, we used Epic Home Improvements based on a recommendation of a neighbor. Once we met with owner Jeff Green for an initial assessment of the job we were not disappointed. This is not a process (home owners insurance) I had ever dealt with before Jeff sent out his head of operations Michele and she walked us through every step of the insurance process. From climbing on the roof with the adjuster to corresponding directly with the insurance claim agents. When it came time for installation I was nervous but everyone from the roofers to the window installers and the painting crews made everything easy. They were on time and extremely courteous. No complaints here - I would recommend Epic Home Improvements for this type of project, for sure.

Jeff was very prompt and polite. He took the time to scrape off the old sealant before using silicone to seal it back up. He replaced some of the insulation and the siding on the outside of the sunroom that was detiorating. He came back the next day to water down the sunroom and test it for leaks. Upon finding a couple, he sealed them up, too. We are supposed to test it again today and let him know how it goes. He said he would return if there are still any leaks.

Jeff was very professional. He did an excellent job on our siding. Very pleased and he was very fast at calling me and did the job the next day. I would highly recommend Epic Home Improvements.
