Get a contract. He does not walk his talk. He said he would insulate garage ceiling and 2 garage walls would be insulated and then drywalled for $1550 to $1600. He gave me a final bill today for $2140. In todays world just can not take a persons word anymore. His work is good and he is a worker but just doesn't walk his talk. GET IT IN WRITING!!!!!!! PS-I know nothing about his pest control.

I am a landlord and had not had previous issues with roaches. Brandon has been so helpful in working quickly to address the problem, to educate, and provide a confident path forward. I thank God for him and highly recommend his company.

I asked for a home refi inspection and Brandon went to the back of the property and found termites in the ground under a log. His report says that live termites were seen at the back of the shed. Not true. He said he would put out bait stations for several thousand dollars and treat the area for$180. I had a second inspector out who gave me a clean report saying it is not uncommon to find termites underwood on a property. He said to leave them alone since there could be colonies all over the tree line in the neighborhood. There was no structural infestation and that is what the banks want to know.

Everything was good except I still do not have a receipt for the work that was done. I was told of the 90-day warranty but still do not have any paperwork.

This is an update to my previous review. Shortly after my review Brandon contacted me and we discussed the problem. He assured me he would be there in the next 3-4 days to complete the project. True to his word he showed up and did a fine completion of the work. Brandon really is a nice guy and does good work 👍🏻
