Made appointment. He texted phone number and said he would meet me on date and time. Didn't show up and was unable to contact him. Contacted Angie and explained problem. Was unable to contact pro. Will never rely on Angie List again. Poor customer service!

My 30 year old water heater had been broken for a week by the time I had contacted Jessie. He was the 5th plumber I contacted. He was the quickest to respond, worked around my very inflexible schedule, and did the work at a very reasonable price. I am actually still waiting for quotes on some of the other companies because I had such a hard time with scheduling and communication with them. Jessie was personable and professional, got everything done correctly and ensured that everything was working properly before leaving. I wish he had been the first call I made! I will definitely call him again when something else goes inevitably wrong in my older home!
