Dean Baker, owner, and his staff, George, who did the pool prep work and installed the ladder and light, the crew who installed the marcite and Juan, who did the pool marcite followup and water balancing were all top ring. Very professional, friendly and supportive of our need to update our 30 year old pool. The price was fantastic and Dean fit us into his very busy schedule. We would highly recommend Epic Pools to anyone who needs pool work done right, on schedule and at a great price. Really great company and crew.

This was our first home purchase and the swimming pool was in dire need of some TLC. So we began contacting swimming pool contractors and they came out and did their estimates and the such. I'll say Dean with Epic Pools did an epic job with the estimate. He returned the quote within 1 day. Upon receiving the quote I called and tried to work prices down and negotiate and Dean was happy to work with me and fit things within my budget. He was very knowledgeable about pools and gave us the honest truth that we sometimes didn't want to hear but at the end of everything his recommendations were the right choice to go with and we are glad that we listened to his advice. There price was slightly more than some others but we got the comfortable feeling with Dean's knowledge and honesty. For example we had an unforeseen condition arise with some electrical issues and Dean had the work done at cost to him instead of trying to charge me for this unforeseen condition. That's honesty and great business in my book. He was very responsive when I called or texted and inquired about things. Always was available to answer my questions right away. The quality was very good and we are overall happy with the entire job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pool work to be done.

Epic Pools Pros: Professional, amazing results, reliable and efficient, fun to work with, overall amazing experience! Cons: Took time due to weather! We could not be happier with the professional service and amazing job this company has done with our pool. We needed to re-marcite, replace tiles, and redo the kool deck. Dean made us feel great about choosing Epic Pools; he was very informative about how they would fix the pool and got back with the estimate in a very timely manner. As far as cons, we had none! We had bad rain, which could not be controlled (obviously), which was the ONLY thing that delayed any work from being done. If we had any questions or concerns, Dean was always easy to get a hold of, or called back within a timely manner and always a pleasure. I will never deal with anyone other than Epic Pools and will be telling friends and strangers about the incredible service we received. The pool looks amazing!!!

Dean Baker and all his coworkers were friendly and efficient. They know pools!! We were so glad to meet them and get a great job done for an excellent price. We love our pebble, blue marcite and we look forward to having them fix up our pump area soon.

Dean was very accommodating and responsive from the first day we spoke through after the project was done. We hired them to resurface our pool, install new tile, and fix and stain cool deck - we've been very pleased. We're hiring them for monthly pool service. Dean is a pleasure to work with - very enthusiastic and professional. His crew was great too. Would highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with the entire team: Dean, George, and Stan. Great job you guys! I think they shine with customer service...they delivered more than they promised (power washed patio and replaced some broken tiles) which is rare these days it seems. They bid competitively, had great references, started on time, finished on time, did a quality job, worked hard, trouble shooted as needed and followed up with the finishing touches. Dean was always available to take and return phone calls, answer the questions and was fun to work with. George knows his craft and worked steady and hard and is a great guy. Stan did a great job maintaining the pool for the 30 day complementary period. The job included taking an old pool, re-tiling the water line with stone basket weave tiles (extra water proofing needed here due to cold joint), re working my pop ups, adding water returns, adding an overfill line in case we get a lot of rain so the pool won't overflow onto the stone waterline tiles, altering the stairs, added a booster pump so my new cleaner robot has great suction, and refinishing with cli industries sunstone blue pearl (very pretty color). I called CLI and asked who should install the pebble finish and it was the same subcontractor that Epic uses. So a happy customer here!

Very satisffied with this company. Stan called right away, and arrived for the appointment on time. He answered all our questions and help fix the problem we were having with our pool. Will definitely call them again, if we need further service.
