Epic Vents Dryer Vent Cleaning Service

Stay away from Epic Vents at all costs. Aaron is unscrupulous and we had a horrible experience with him. We hired him to do a simple dryer vent cleaning last year and he ended up completely flooding our house. To clean the vent he had to pull the washer away from the wall and then somehow forgot to put the drain hose back into the drain pipe. The next time we did laundry the entire contents of the washing machine flooded our house and our entire basement. He also pulled the washer away with such force that he broke the valves that supply water to the washer, which then started leaking as well. This resulted in us having to pull up our flooring and have our entire house upended with industrial size dehumidifiers, and fans for about a month. Aaron completely admitted fault to us, but then refused to pay the entire cost of the damages. His insurance company paid for a portion of it and the he flat out refuses to pay for the rest. Too bad Aaron is not a real man who does the right thing.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable cost, and the technician was a joy to work with. You canâ t go wrong with this company! Iâ ll use them again!
