After observing worsening cracking and deflection in our foundation wall, we consulted with several businesses and ended up selecting Epp after being very impressed with Kendra?s professionalism and straightforward manner. She was extremely patient talking us through this process and scheduling was a breeze. Sam and the crew were similarly great. They showed up on time, got right down to it, and finished 2 days ahead of schedule. Everything looks great and is a huge load off our minds. Very happy with the entire process.

Sam arrived on time. In preparation they placed drop clothes from the front door down the stairs and to the work site. They replaced our sump pump, explained how the new one works…..it has a battery backup in case of power outages. Very pleasant team, and excellent clean up both in the house and outside on the driveway.

Sam and his crew did a great job. We had piers installed in our basement. We also had encapsulation done in our basement, crawlspace. Questions were answered very efficiently, and Sam even anticipated some questions and answered them. Both projects, great job done and even a radon mitigation company that came after them complemented the work that was done in the crawlspace.
