In the event a site visit is outside of our coverage area - 20+ miles or more there may be a site visit of $100 pending location. The site visit includes: walking of lot for a new home build, measurements, consult of job related materials and equipment, coordination of drawing plans and scheduling if additional material providers need to join the site visit.
