Duane was very pleasant and a great talker. He repaired area and said to call him after a rain, I have call three times and do not get a return. I just have to eat that service charge $375 great for 15 minutes and glue, I was assured he would come back if leak continued . He would deduct change if needed more work that was in June. This is august.... Do I call a 4th time? Nah. Very disappointed
Response from Equity Builders & Home Renovations, LLC
"Elaine. I have not received any voicemails. I give a one-year warranty on all my work. Please reach out to me and I will be happy to come back to your home."

The owner of the company called us as soon as we requested a call. He was very polite and answered all of our questions. We needed someone who would be able to come within a few days. He came the very next morning and repaired our roof to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend calling this company for your roofing needs .

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Gutter guy who they said was supposed to call me never called. And while he apparently fixed all the leaks, (only time will tell), there was no follow up about the gutters. Maybe they should have followed up on that.
Response from Equity Builders & Home Renovations, LLC
"This poor review has zero to do with what I was hired to do. They hired me to do a roof repair which I did successfully. Before I left they ask me for a gutter company referral. I told them I would try and have someone call them. I actually reached out to them to see if anyone had contacted them on January 31. They did not respond to my text."

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Because our problem involved both asphalt and metal roofing, Duane made sure that the crew included specialists in both. They were respectful, thorough and clean. A great value for the cost! We would definitely use Equity Builders for future roof issues.
