Equity Electric -

My wife and I wanted an electrical outlet installed above our fireplace for a TV we were mounting. After speaking with several Electricians in the area we chose Equity Electric. We shared the details of our project to Equity Electric and they gave us an honest and fair quote. Equity Electric called to let us know when they were on their way and were very punctual. Their work was professional, timely, and we were very happy with the end result. We would highly recommend Equity Electric to anyone in need of a professional, polite, and honest Electrician.

Both young men were skilled, polite, prompt. Couldn't ask any more than that. They promised to be here by four. Called a little early and did the job. Cleaned up afterward.

Seth was on time, friendly and provided excellent service. He installed a new light fixture in the laundry room and kitchen pantry and replaced a light switch in the hall bathroom.

I am still very impressed with the work of Seth Herrmann and his crew at Equity Electric. Once again, the quoted price was reasonable and included the final labor charge, not a guess estimate of labor. Seth gives the quote and is onsite working with his crew, all of whom work efficiently and are very professional. They take great care to keep the mess minimal and clean up afterward. This was the second job I had Equity Electric handle and I'm already looking at having them do more work for me. I highly recommend them.

They do good work but the installers that came in said they would return to finish the job and never did. I would not recommend them based on all around bad customer service.

The professionalism and workmanship was top-notch and everything I had hoped for with our electrical issues and additions. The reason for the 4.5/5.0 rating was the lack of communication at the beginning with the initial missed appointment time and the lack of comm. to confirm appt. for the job the following week. But I have no complaints about the work itself or the time to complete it as an estimated 5 hour job took 3.5 hours to add 5 recessed lights, wire to 2 existing switches, add a switch in the kitchen, and troubleshoot lights in 2 additional rooms. I would certainly recommend and use them again.

Awesome guys, came out on time, worked thru some very difficult conditions (100+ day in attic!) to complete the work for a good deal less than another service had quoted. Will definitely use again when ready to complete work in our second bath!

Mr. Seth, owner, was very kind and clear to explain the whole procedure to an ignorant person like me, who knows nothing about electricity or fixing the ceiling fan. Mr. Seth was exactly on time in phoning me and very punctual with our appointment. I really Respect that.

Seth, the president of the company, personally came to my house and oversaw the installation. His quote was 68% less than Mr. Sparkey who came the day before, and who charged me $80 to come out and give an estimate. After Seth gave his estimate, job was completed immediately with all parts and accessories on his truck. I will use Equity Electric for all of my electrical needs around my house, and would whole-heartedly recommend them for any electrical needs

Made appt. 5 days in advance. Seth called me & asked if they could come earlier than appointment time. I stated go ahead. This was Labor day and we didn't have to pay a surcharge. I had all the old ceiling light removed and the base plate installed with wires capped. He installed the light I had ready in 25 min. I estimated it would take 30min. tops. Very polite and I did receive a veteran's discount off our agreed price on the phone. Nice and neat and cleaned up what little mess their was. Knew exactly what tools were needed. No wasted effort. Great job & fast... I have recommended this company already and will again when the opportunity presents itself. T. Gill

The electrician was able to come early and worked quickly. Upon finding a problem he consulted me and let me know how much extra it would cost. He was very reasonable and professional. We greatly appreciate that our new ceiling fan is up to code and in its place.

I will recommend this company to family and friends. I will not hesitate to call them again should I need an electrician.
